Cleaned interior and exterior windows and also the sanctuary glass. I cannot say enough good things about Ted and High Definition Window Cleaning. We hired him to clean our church, which has quite a few large and tall windows. From the first meeting with Ted to get a quote, through the cleaning process, he was professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. Ted takes pride in his company and he truly understands the needs of his customers. Our windows were super filthy, had not been professionally cleaned in years. Ted spent hours getting them clean and they look amazing! His prices are the absolute best in the KC Metro area and the other companies work doesn't even compare to his! I've used High Def Windows numerous times. Not only are my windows sparkling and spotless- but if there is damage etc. Ted can always point it out and I then get my windows replaced and therefore have my house more efficient. Cleaned interior and exterior of 24 windows, which included 15 storms. It went great! Two men worked inside and one outside. They were very courteous and professional. My windows had not been cleaned in quite a while, so they had quite a job to do. They did a beautiful job and did not rush through it, as they were at my home for a little over three hours. My husband made the comment he could tell the difference and everything looked brighter when he walked in from work. The price and work were excellent.

I called and asked for an estimate and Ted came by my house the same day. Scheduled the cleaning for 5/21. Ted came to the house and advised that he would clean the exterior of the windows and then return with his co-worker on 5/22 to do the interior because it was forecast to rain on the 22nd.. Ted did all exterior on the 21st, working until approx. 7:30pm. This was impressive in that my home is a reverse 1.5 sitting on the side of a hill, requiring a lot of tall ladder movement on the sides and the back of the house. They returned on the 22nd as scheduled and cleaned the interior of all windows, carefully moving and replacing furniture as needed to complete their work. I have owned this home for 8 years and the windows have never looked better. They did a great job, scraping the windows as necessary. o Windex for these guys. LOL. I highly recommend them. Professional people and professional work.

Completely too apart 40 year old wooden windows with small inset panes and cleaned each one of the them and removed a huge plate glass window, cleaned both sides and returned it to the front ceiling-floor window without any damage! We were amazed. Extraordinary attention to detail - wanted the customer to be totally satisfied. These guys were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!!

They arrived on time and were very professional and polite. Plan to use them again next year. We have a two story house with double hung paned windows with storms, including 2 bay windows. Had all the windows cleaned.

Ted Farley & his pleasant, energetic team completed a whole house window cleaning inside and out, upstairs and down, for me with efficiency and thoroughness. They removed existing screens and stacked them neatly in my garage until needed later. The crew, however, can also install your screens. All my windows are now more clear and sparkling than they have ever been. The price is an excellent value.

Arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. There were two window washers. One did the inside and the other one did the outside. They were here for one hour and thirty minutes. The windows look great. They did a nice job. They charged an extra $20 for the dining room window, as they said it would take longer to clean.

Purchased a Big Deal from High Definition Windows to clean both interior and exterior of windows of a home we are selling. Ted responded the day of the purchase to coordinate a time to do the work. Work performed as scheduled with no issues. He was prompt and communicated to us when the work was complete. Very impressed with the quality and know it will help make a good impression to buyers. I can honestly say you don't realize how dirty your windows are until you've had them cleaned professionally. And it's so much easier and quicker to let High Definition Windows do the job for you. Worth it to me! We have since purchased another deal to have the windows cleaned at our own residence next week.

They were on time and friendly yet professional. They did a fantastic job, the windows all looked beautiful when they were done. The next morning as the sun was coming up, I noticed some streaks in the half circle window above the front door. They were only visible witty direct sunlight. I called Ted and left a voicemail. He came over 15-20 minutes later and re leaned window inside and out and I was amazed at the service they provided. I recommend High Definition Windows 100% and will use them again!
